Billing without surprises

Playground uses welcome credits first; API uses purchased input tokens first.

How is a Laya request charged?+

Each successful request uses either one available credit or its actual input tokens. The playground uses credits first; the API uses tokens first. A request never charges both balances.

Do purchased input tokens expire?+

No. Unused tokens carry forward. Monthly and yearly plans renew until cancelled; one-time token packs do not renew.

What happens when a request fails?+

Confirmed failures return reserved balances. Uncertain outcomes remain held for reconciliation. See the refund policy for details.
